If you're new here, my name is Aaron Hensley. I'm the founder and operator of RISE USA.
I started a company with $50… turned it into $7M a year business and had a multimillion exit.
This was in a space where the average owner/operator never scales and makes max of 100k take home. I invested most of my profit in education so I could repeat actions forever, in all the spaces in life that motivate and inspire me.
RISE is our office designed to support everything I ever needed in running my small businesses of the past and present, and leveraged to help any start-up and aspiring entrepreneurs and designed to attract larger companies where we invest our own money into their growth strategy.
My current companies bring in over $6M+ per year.
Our clients companies bring in roughly $5M annually. And we are just getting started.
How I Got Here…
- 3 years old - started martial arts training with dad.
- 12 years old- earned Black Belt from Chuck Norris
- 15 years old- graduated high school
- 20 years old- left college ( the U) and came home to start in the “family” business of martial arts
- 25 years old- get married and start building my own martial arts business
- 30 years old- went broke, divorced, hit rock bottom
- 31 years old- get remarried and start to rebuild
- 35 years old- scaled to 3 locations only to make same $ as with 1
- 35 years old- awarded 7th degree black belt by Chuck Norris
- 37 years old- complete refocus and got intentional, scaled to 11 within 18 months
- 41 years old- MM exit , operating in 6 states at that time
- 41 years old- launch RISE to teach and protect business owners
- 42 years old- purchase first company through RISE collab
Today: My goal is to find and collaborate with 100 business owner families to create a new family of “Rockefellers” and create legacy businesses to protect our American future.
